  Diabetes

Diabetes is a Lifelong (chronic/constant) Disease in which there is a High Level of Sugar in the Blood.

Insulin is a Hormone produced by the Pancreas to Control the Blood Sugar Level in the Blood. Diabetes occurs, either because the pancreas does not produce enough insulin, or because cells do not respond to the insulin that is produced.

Bottom Line: Coma / Cardiovascular Disease / Chronic Renal Failure / Retinal Damage

Diabetes, like several other health conditions can go undetected as well of untreated for many years causing Irreversible and Permanent Damage to your Body. Diabetes is not something you can feel, but it is something that is detected in testing your blood.

The importance of detecting and treating diabetes early on can make a difference in the long run from no need for medicine, using medicine or needing Dialysis Treatment.
